Purpose : To inform TSM of reserve options Selected Reserves: May Voluntarily affiliate with selres Can be recalled to AD in time of War or national emergency Can be recalled up to 270 without emergency One weekend a month two weeks a year

Individual Ready Reserves( IRR) If TSM does not elect to go SELRES, they will automatically be place in IRR IRR consist mainly of members who have had training and served previously in Active Component. Other IRR members were selres who have done obligated time on contract. IRR members can be recalled to AD in national emergency. Otherwise may require a muster day.
