Fees Total Cost: $55 Uniform Rental: $25 Fair Share: $30 Tux and Formal Dress Fair Share: $30 (T-Shirt, Music, Transportation, Registration, etc.) THIS ALL GOES BACK TO THE STUDENT Total Cost: $55

Payment Options All-at-once Payment: Due by September 30th. Payment Plan: Five $11 payments: 1st payment: September 12th 2nd payment: September 26th 3rd payment: October 10th 4th Payment: October 24th 5th Payment: November 7th

Uniforms All female students will wear the black choir dress and have it hemmed so it does not trail on the ground as they walk. Shoes: All chorus students will wear black, close- toed shoes. Plain black flats are the preferred choice. If students would like to wear black Toms with black soles, that is acceptable. Just NO high heels or sandals.

Uniforms Hair is to be away from the face. Braids, ponytail, pigtails, half-up-half-down, etc. are fine. This includes any gentlemen who may have long hair. Jewelry: Unless given specific permission from the director, no visible jewelry is to be worn during performances other than the pearl necklaces. Pearl studs and Skin colored gauges are acceptable. No bracelets, rings, or necklaces otherwise.

Uniforms All male choir students will wear a black tuxedo, provided by the choral program. This includes a black jacket, back slacks, a white button-down shirt, and a black bow-tie. Students are responsible for providing their own black dress shoes. Black socks are to be worn with this outfit, NOT white ones.

Supplies All students are to have brought a folder for in-class use, and have a pencil every day in class. A pen will not work, as the pencil is for marking music during the learning process. Bottled water is recommended for rehearsal use. Singing is more vocal use than many students are used to, and will likely tire out their voices if they do not stay hydrated.

Donations Classroom based: hand-sanitizer, tissues, pencils, printer paper, whiteboard markers, stamps. Time Based: Volunteering! Will talk more about this in a moment. Monetary Based: If able, monetary donations are always accepted and appreciated. If you find yourself able to sponsor another student, you will receive special mention in our performance programs.

Volunteer Opportunities Without volunteer involvement, a successful choir program cannot exist. WE NEED YOUR HELP!! Parent Volunteer President Liz Tietsworth Performance Help Chaperones MPA Next volunteer meeting: September 17th, 6pm, in the Chorus room.
