Hackensack Meridian Health Wave 3 June 18th 2019

Guiding Principles Patients are our number 1 priority We are all accountable for the project’s success To accelerate our goal of one patient record, we will use the current Production Epic system design We will fully standardize all workflow and content We will work as one Health Network team Strong preference will be given to the integrated solution when making technology selections All users will be trained and demonstrate competency before receiving access We will continually challenge current practices, which may require changes in current processes in order to streamline and simplify We will make enterprise-wide decisions rather than individual, unit or department-specific in order to drive consistent outcomes “No decision is a decision.”
