Keep wording clear & simple Avoid using complete sentences Limit information to essentials and use key words Avoid abbreviations & acronyms Allow presenter to speak about the subject instead of reading off the screen

Use the right font style Make titles larger than body text Maximum 2 font styles per slide Consistency is important Fancy fonts are difficult to read Take into account: colour blindness, dyslexia
