ELEVATE: The Career Advancement Academy Undergraduate Requirements 12 earned credit hours 2.5 GPA Must complete within 10 semesters Graduate Requirements 6 earned credit hours 3.0 GPA Must complete within three semesters 2018 “Closing the Gap” award from the ADHE Students receive milestone rewards. Milestone include: M1-self-assessment M2-resume and cover letter M3-two mock interviews M4-career action plan M5-attend two career fairs M6-experiential learning opportunity Each milestone has a reflection assignment.
