Visual Guide for Set-Up Bake for Good Kids Visual Guide for Set-Up These pictures will help you to prepare for your In-School assembly.

Flour and Materials Delivery Flour arrives, via truck, on a pallet, 40’ x 48’. Other items (recipe booklets, yeast, etc.) will arrive via FedEx to your front office.

Baking Kit We send materials for the baking kits 10 days - 1 week before the assembly. Students love to help assemble the kits! We recommend kids take home kits at the end of the day of the assembly.

Baking Kit Each student receives a baking kit to take home. Each kit should contain one each of the following; 2-lb White Whole Wheat Flour 2-lb All-Purpose Flour dough scraper Red Star yeast packet BFGK recipe booklet plastic bread donation bag twist tie canvas tote bag

LCD Projector on a cart Your school provides an LCD projector. Our video camera plugs directly into the back of the projector (no computer needed) and connects to an RCA Video or HDMI jack. The projector should be on a cart near the demonstration table.

sample wall input jack; RCA or HDMI Ceiling mounted projector sample wall input jack; RCA or HDMI If your projector is mounted on the ceiling, the cords from our camera need to reach the input jacks nearby. Please talk to the instructor as soon as possible to make sure we can connect to your projector. No computer needed.

Tables For smaller groups, large screen TV’s with and HDMI input work very well and the picture is very clear.

Can everyone see? While the students want to watch the instructor at the demonstration table, it is important that each student has a clear view of the screen.

Tables Prep Table Demo Table The instructor needs two 8-foot rectangular tables. One is for the demonstration and the other is for a prep table. We also need a trash basket.

Please contact your instructor with any questions or concerns. Sound system- no worries! We will bring our own portable sound system and microphone with us! Thank you! Please contact your instructor with any questions or concerns. learnbakeshare@kingarthurflour.com; 802-526-1832
