2019 Arterial Project Highlights Year Street Project Elements 2019 East Sprague Rebuild Phase 2a: Grant to Scott 2019 work will include a complete rebuild of Sprague from Grant to Scott: Wider travel lanes and parking bays, new pavement, improved lighting both for streets and sidewalks, street trees, transit improvements, upgrade of utilities and vault removal. In addition, Sprague from Pine to Sherman will be restriped to three lanes (to be consistent with existing three lane structure of Sprague from Sherman East). Project Cost: $3,750,000 Ray/Thor: 17th to Hartson Roadway rebuild, water transmission main replacement, improve stormwater pipe to sanitary sewer system connections, update sidewalks to ADA standards.
