The Parents Plus Adolescent Programme The Parents Plus Adolescent Programme is a practical and positive course on parenting adolescents. (aged 11 to 16) Focusing on effective communication, problem solving and building positive relationships. Topics include: Getting to know and connecting with your teenager Communicating positively and effectively Building your teenager’s self esteem and confidence Negotiating rules and boundaries Teaching teenagers responsibility Positive discipline for teenagers Managing conflict Solving problems together The Parents Plus Adolescent Programme is an Eight week course for 2 ½ hours a week.
