NO YES ASAP 4/11 Campus submits application to WASC* and starts substantive change process Campus faculty develop and complete WASC Substantive Change Proposal (for CSU, too) Discontinuing joint DPT campus submits discontinuation proposal to Chancellor Contact APP at 562-951-4672 Proposal submitted to campus approval process Approval granted?
