Fuel Injection Requirements -fuel must introduce precisely defined period of cycle -amounts metered very accurately -rate of injection meet desired heat release pattern -quantities of fuel meet changing speed and load condition -good atomisation of fuel -good spray pattern for rapid mixing of fuel and air -no dribbling and after injection of fuel i.e. sharp injection -injection timing suits the speed and load requirements -distribution of fuel in multi-cylinder should uniform -weight, size and cost of fuel injection system should be less 11/8/2019 Laboni Afroz, Dept of NAME, BUET
