Multidetector computed tomography (CT) with CT angiography and three-dimensional reconstruction of a healthy predonation living-kidney donor. Multidetector computed tomography (CT) with CT angiography and three-dimensional reconstruction of a healthy predonation living-kidney donor. Multiple arteries are seen on CT angiographic evaluation: three on the right and two on the left. Decisions for selecting right versus left kidney are based on vasculature, along with careful review of volume measurements.
