Managing ‘Changing Urban Land Use’ Use the information you have gained from the 2 videos, from pages 32-3 in ‘Wider World and pages 100-101 in ‘Key Geography’ and from the sheets to write a case study on how people have tried to improve the quality of life. You need to: locate the case study Describe the problems Explain how people tried to improve the situation Evaluate these attempts. (consider who would like them and who would not and why).
