How to Integrate Chick-fil-A with Probiz Software using Vendor Bridge

Login and Begin Data Integration First login to your Chick-fil-A corporate account with either your operator login information or any login that is allowed to setup vendor bridge integration. After logging in, navigate to the Data you can integrate page (Vendor Bridge). At the bottom of this page, click the “Not Current Integrated” link in red (could also be green text if you are integrated with other platforms).

Team Member Data Vendors The “Team Member Data Vendor” window will appear. Probiz should be listed with a button next to it labeled “Integrate”. Click this button to proceed. Note: Instead of “Integrate” the button may say “Stop Integrating”. If this is the case and you want to setup integration again, click the “Stop Integrating” button, then follow the step above.

Agree to Data Integration with Probiz Software An agreement window will be displayed that you must accept. Follow the instructions in this window and click “Next” to proceed.

Sign for Data Integration with Probiz Software You will need to sign the agreement. Follow the instructions in this window and click the “I Accept” button to proceed.

Continue to Probiz Software The next window displayed will tell you that you have opted in for data integration with Probiz Software. The next several steps will provide Probiz Sofware the authorization and data to link with your Chick-fil-A account. To get started click the link in blue. Note: It is important to click the link in this window. Do not type this link in a browser window

Login to your Probiz Software Account After clicking the link in the previous step, a new tab/window in your browser will open to a page that looks like the image to the right. You are now being asked log into your Probiz Software account. You should have received, or provided, an email and password for this account. If you do not know this, please contact customer support. Enter your Probiz Software account email address and password then click the “Login” to proceed.

Link your Probiz Software account to your Chick-fil-A account This next page is detailing that Probiz Software will be linking with your Chick-fil-A account. In order to do so we will need to authorize with Chick-fil-A integration. Click the “Link With Chick-fil-A Now” button to do so.

CFA Third Part Delegation Sign-In You are now taken to the CFA Third Party Delegation Sign-In (Integration) page. You should now login with your Chick-fil-A operator account or any Chick-fil-A account that is allowed to setup vendor bridge integration.

Entering Chick-fil-A Store Numbers After a successful login to the CFA Third Party Delegation Sign-In, you will be redirected back to Probiz Software to configure your store location #. If you have more then one store associate with your Probiz Software account then you will be given the opportunity to provide the location # for each store. Note: The location # is the Chick-fil-A provided store or location #. This must match what Chick-fil-A has for your stores (including leading zeros)

Finished with Chick-fil-A Integration Congratulations, your Probiz Software account and Chick-fil- A account are now integrated.
