What challenges have you faced so far? How will you do things differently? Brainstorm different ways you can accomplish your goals. Bring back the EXCITEMENT!! Heart-to-heart (Share your goals!) Reach out to individual clubs This is your last chance to break tradition Make it something the clubs can relate to Johnansen’s New Year’s Initiative! Break tradition – create service events they haven’t participated in before Breaking tradition increases excitement because the Division feels like they are creating their own mark
