First things first… The cover should be decorated to reflect you! (favorite tv shows, characters, colors, places, inspirational quotes, etc.)

Inside Cover & First Page Glue the rubric inside the front cover. First Page: Your name Class Period Language Arts 2 Mrs. McGladdery & Mrs. Pniewski BIG AND COLORFUL

Number your pages Number pages (front and back) 1-31 On top outside corners Even #s on left pages Odd #s on right pages

Table of Contents Count pages 2 through 7 and label them “Table of Contents” Table of Contents Notes Pages

Mentor Sentences Section Label pages 8 to 15, “Mentor Sentences” Glue “Sassy Sentences #2” to p.9 Mentor Sentences

Pgs 16 - end This will be where we do all of our daily classwork AND freewrites. Every time we add something new to our Interactive Notebooks, we will also update the Table of Contents.
