A Little History: Prior to the passage of Ballot Measure 5 in 1990, school bus transportation was not mandated However… Fallout from massive budget cuts necessitated transportation to be mandated Funding formula/reimbursement was created 70/80/90% ORS 327.033 (4) – Bus Reimbursement
