Crossgates Store Location: Albany, NY Subject: Customer Feedback Name: Rebecca Rice Email: rebecca.rice@cheerintensity.com Phone: 5185989697 Child's Birthday Month: March Message: Good Morning! I am reaching out to see if you would be interested in donating something for a raffle taking place this Saturday, April 20th!  We are hosting an Easter Eggstravaganza event at Cheer Intensity from 10:00am-12:00pm which will include performances by select CI teams, pictures with the Easter Bunny, egg hunts, and so much more!  The event is a $10 donation per family. All proceeds raised through admittance and the raffle will be going to help the Keating and Adamo families.  Lieutenant Pete Keating with the Halfmoon Fire Department who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and a parent of a former CI athlete. Gabriella Adamo is a fourteen year old girl who attends Averill Park High School. She was recently diagnosed with Chiari Malformation.  We will also be hosting Jayda and her traveling Lemonade Stand to benefit the March of Dimes! Jayda's brother Jax was born at only 24 weeks weighing 1 lb. 9 oz. He spent 125 days in the NICU! Please let me know if you are interested and I would be more than happy to stop by some time this week to pick up your donation!  We hope that you are able to join us as we raise money to support these 3 great causes! Thank you, Rebecca

Palisades Store Location: West Nyack, NY Subject: Visitor Inquiry Name: Nicole Stepneski Email: stepneskin@yahoo.com Phone: 9734702382 Child's Birthday Month: January Message: I am writing on behalf of the School Four PTO in Clifton, NJ. We are planning a Tricky Tray Event on June 7th at the Mountainside Inn in Clifton, NJ. For these events, participants purchase raffle tickets and place the tickets in canisters near the items they hope to win. One person can put as many tickets as they want in a given container to increase the odds of winning. All money raised will benefit the children of School #4. Generous donors like you are the key to the success of our event and make it possible for School Four’s PTO to provide our students with supplies and fun activities throughout the school year. We hope that you will consider donating an auction item, gift certificate, or gift basket to our Tricky Tray.  As a donor, you will be recognized in our event program! Thank you so very much for your time and consideration!

Crossgates Store Location: Albany, NY Subject: Corporate/Store Opening Inquiry Name: Kacey Feldman Email: kcgrey05@gmail.com Phone: 5182092580 Child's Birthday Month: January Message: We are writing to request a donated item from your organization for our silent auction. We are a public elementary school for grades Kindergarten through Sixth, with an enrollment of approximately 491 students. The annual Community Fair is our major fundraising event for the 2019-2020 school year. The CES PTO raises money through this event each year for the benefit of the students and teachers. Every dollar raised directly supports a multitude of educational programs which include assemblies, field trips, special events for holidays and many family friendly events throughout the year. School district budgets have gotten tighter over the past several years, and the PTO helps to fund educational and community events that may not be a part of the school’s annual budget. It is through the generosity of businesses and organizations like yours, which allow us to support these programs through this Silent Auction fundraising event. We hope that you can provide a donation to help us with our efforts.  All contributions and donor information will be prominently displayed at the Silent Auction. Thank you!
