Welcome to Harlaw Academy 2019-20 Origins 1874 (1893 on this site) Aberdeen High School for Girls Originally a school for orphaned girls Merged with Ruthrieston 900 pupils 100 staff Harlaw Academy since 1974 Broomhill, Ferryhill Hanover Street, Kaimhill and all other parts of City 890 pupils 50 national identities 31 languages 1
