Trinity Health Corporate Travel Program Trinity Health has a mandated corporate travel program for all business related travel, inclusive of; air, hotel and car rentals. Meetings All meeting contracts requiring hotel room blocks should be reviewed by System Office Corporate Travel office before signature and are to utilize the Trinity Health approved registration management tool, if applicable. All other inquiries needing immediate medical care, contact the HRSC at 877-750-4748 Complete an incident report through our TH Work-Related Incident Reporting system which can be found in your Zenworks Application window Contact the IT Service Now if you do not have access to or are unable to see a the TH Work-Related Incident Reporting icon in your applications window Once submitted, it will go to the HRSC and a representative will then follow-up with you Colleagues may be eligible for wage loss benefits & reasonable medical care coverage in the event of a work-related injury or illness If you see unsafe working conditions which may lead to potential injury/illness: Notify your manager and submit a work order to Facilities via their online submission form
