Time Frame 1 year

Background and Justification - Philippine trade union movement has no concrete data for negotiating effectively the wages and benefits of workers. Employers have not disclose these data in black and white leaving the trade union in an disadvantage position.

Objectives Be able to gather and collate concrete data for effective bargaining of the trade union Be able to establish one and concrete data as basis for collective bargaining and other activities of the union for making trade union responsive and effective to the call of modern times.

Activities to Achieve the Objectives Training seminars shall be conducted for the research team Actual surveys, interviews, meetings to a reliable sources and other related activities shall be made in order to validate and authenticate the needed data
