Here’s how you can make an impact: Mental Health The need for mental health support is great: 18.1% of adult Americans suffer from an anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or specific phobias. Sadly, 50% of chronic mental illness has an onset by age 14. Many CFC charities focus their programming on this cause, expanding resources and treatment efforts. Here’s how you can make an impact: $20 funds a suicide prevention hotline for one night. $30 funds 30 minutes of crisis line counseling for troubled youth. $86 funds a PTSD clinical trial for two individuals. opm.gov/ShowSomeLoveCFC
