Maths Use +, - and = symbols. Know number bonds to 20. Add and subtract one digit and two digit numbers to 20 including zero. Solve one step problems involving addition and subtraction. Count in 2s, 5s and 10s. Solve one-step problems involving multiplication and division, by calculating the answer using concrete objects, pictorial representations and arrays with the support of the teacher. Science Use their observations and ideas to suggest answers to questions. Identify, name, draw and label the basic parts of the human body and say which of the body parts is associated with each sense. English – Explanation Non-fiction Leaflets PSHE Theme – Dreams and Goals Topic: Recognise what they like and dislike, what is fair and unfair and what is right and wrong. Share their opinions on things that matter to them and explain their views. Know rules for and ways of keeping safe. Recognise choices they can make. Contribute to the life of the class and school.
