Any high school junior or senior, or anyone under 21 who does not have a GED or high school diploma. * Graduated Seniors of 2019 are eligible within certain guidelines. Those eligible for participation in GIFT programs are those who meet the application requirements, are a high school junior or senior, or anyone under 22 who does not have a GED or does not have a high school diploma. Students must have show the desire to be successful.
