Grievance Cell Policy GCP 001 What is a grievance? A dissatisfaction of an employee over something related to working condition or emotional matters believed to be wrong or unfair which is expressed in an official statement. The school policies cannot be grieved. GCP 002 Who can lodge a grievance? All employees of QMIS can lodge a grievance. www.queenmira.com Page : 3

Grievance Cell Policy GCP 003 Committee Members: The members constituting the grievance cell will hold the office for a period from June to May of every year. Manager –HR Vice Principal – Level I Vice Principal – Level II One Representative from PET Department 2 Representative from Co-ordinators Counselor Child Safety Officer One Representative from Transport Support team One Representative from Housekeeping Support team   www.queenmira.com Page : 4

Grievance Cell Policy GCP 004 Procedure: In order to facilitate speedier redressal and to avoid any untoward situations it is necessary to represent any grievances within 48 hours of occurance. The grievance applicant can approach the HR department and collect the Grievance Application Form and submit it to the Manager HR with 24 hours. Manager – HR should initiate the grievance redressal along with the respective members within 48 hours. Depending upon the magnitude of the issue the grievance redressal should be closed between 48 hours and 7 working days. www.queenmira.com Page : 5

Grievance Cell Policy www.queenmira.com Page : 6 In cases where the grievance applicant and the Grievance Cell team do not come to a consensus, then the issue can be escalated to the Senior Leadership Team for further action. In case if the grievance applicant is not convinced with the recommendations from the Senior Leadership Team then the terms as agreed upon in the Memorandum of Understanding will be applied with the directions of the Senior Leadership Ream. If the grievance is against any one of the Grievance Cell Team member then the Senior Leadership Team can constitute the Grievance Team accordingly or handle the issue directly as the case may be. www.queenmira.com Page : 6
