Step 1: Register Open your Welcome Email from iJET International to activate your Worldcue® TRAVELER account. Set up your User Name and Password. If you already have an active account, enter your User Name and Password on the screen. If you have an active account but have forgotten your password, follow the instructions on the screen.

Step 2: Download Confirm that your device model and operating system is compatible Android OS 4.0+ iPhone iOS 6.1+ From your device, visit the app store and search for Worldcue® Mobile TRAVELER 2.0. If your device is not compatible, download an earlier version: Android OS 2.2 to 4.0 (minimum screen size of 320 x 480 ) iPhone iOS 4.1 to 6.0 From your device, visit the app store and search for Worldcue® Mobile TRAVELER

Step 3: Sign-In Sign-in with your User Name and Password Enter your User Name and Password on the app sign-in screen to register your device and begin using the app features Username and Password Screen Register your mobile phone number after entering in your login credentials

Step 4: View and Edit Profile Click on My Profile to verify and update contact information, traveling information and alert preferences. We recommend “Critical Only” alerts to keep notifications to a minimum.

Quick Connect Buttons Hotline Button: Direct Dial to Hill-Rom’s around-the-clock (24 x 7 x 365) hotline service. Crisis Button: Instantly alerts Hill-Rom’s response team that you need assistance while pinpointing your current location. This is silent communication so as not to bring attention to you. Check your email frequently. Check-in Button: Notifies Hill-Rom and iJET that you’re safe and where you need to be. Emergency Numbers: Lists local emergency numbers and allows click-to-call capability.
