United Way fights for the Basic Needs, Education and Financial Stability of every person in Central Kentucky. United we fight, united we win. Our Mission

1/2 students in our region are not ready for kindergarten on the first day of school. 50,000 kids in Central Kentucky are receiving free and reduced-cost meals. 50,000 working families in the Bluegrass are struggling to make ends meet. 2/5 local students are graduating unprepared for college or career. WHY we do what we do WHY We Fight.
