Outline of day/activities Each day consists of 4 day time activities and 1 night time activity: Breakfast 9:00am – 10:30 – Session 1 10:40am – 12:10 – Session 2 Lunch 14:10 – 15:40 – Session 3 15:50 – 17:20 – Session 4 Dinner 19:30 – 21:00 – Session 5

Meals Three hot meals a day. Vegetarian options available and all other dietary requirements are provided for. Drinks available at all times. Tuck – to be sent in

Sleeping Arrangements Separate boys and girls dorms (minimum of 4; maximum of 6 children per dorm). (No boys allowed in girls’ dorms and vice versa) Most dorms have ensuite facilities. Those without ensuite, have private toilets and showers located in very close proximity to the room. Teacher rooms located in close proximity to children’s rooms (children made aware of their location in case they are needed in the night). Night time / first aider supervisor provided by the centre available 24 hours a day. Dorms and activity groups organised by school staff. Children need their own sleeping bag and pillow.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND AEROSOLES. De-odorant needs to be a roll-on due to the confined nature of the bathrooms and asthma sufferers and setting the fire alarms off Sun Cream - Please pack sun cream of a high protection factor in case we have hot weather Footwear All children require a pair of enclosed shoes/trainer for activities.. For water activities, an old pair of trainers or waterproof shoes are allowed. Open toe shoes/sandals are not allowed for safety reasons Without suitable footwear, the instructors will not allow children to take part in the activities.

Disposable cameras are fine. Any other electronic devices e.g. iPads, iPods, Nintendo Switch, Kindles etc.

Contact with home Children will not be able to contact home during their stay. A parent mail – and tweet if possible - will be sent detailing our safe arrival when we get to the centre. Twitter updates will be given (poor reception leads to intermittent online updates). Parents only contacted in an emergency. Emergency contact details School mobile number – 07512 462 356

Departing – Monday morning Drop your child – along with their luggage – in the main school hall from 8:30am Here, children will be registered and allocated to a coach (Coach 1 and Coach 2) and then you put their luggage next to the correct sign (we will let you know Monday morning which coach they are.) Children should be in own clothes – there is no need for school uniform at all this week – and all money and medical items (both clearly labelled) to Mr Uppal or Miss Taylor. We will be doing fun activities at school in the morning and leaving at 1:30pm. Please ensure you child is provided for a packed lunch on this day as we will be eating before lunch time (approx. 12:00pm).

Last day and travelling back On Friday, we complete two morning activities (dry) and then have lunch at Boreatton Park. We aim to leave at 2:00pm and return to school for 4:00pm. A parentmail will be sent out an hour before our expected arrival and we will try and provide twitter updates too. This is all traffic permitting!
