WITHIN THE EU, BULGARIA WAS THE 19th HIGHEST EXPORTER TO PAKISTAN IN 2018 EU is Pakistan’s 3rd largest import partner after China and UAE. Imports from the EU stood at $5.46 billion in 2018. Bulgaria accounts for 0.3% of Pakistan’s imports from the EU and 0.03% of total imports from the world. The UK is the second most important import supplying market of Pakistan in the EU

PAKISTAN BULGARIA Trade Trends Bilateral trade remained the same of US$ 33 mn as in 2014 till 2018. Pakistan’s exports to Bulgaria fell by 20% during this period of five years. Meanwhile, Bulgaria’s exports to Pakistan rose by 31% during the last five years. The trade balance between the two countries has gone in favor of Bulgaria.
