Application Overview The Parking App is an iOS- and watchOS-integrated Knowledge Navigator application that uses satellite and GPS technology along with a Natural Language User Interface to identify and notify consumers of the closest, most efficient, least expensive, and most accessible parking spaces within a selected region. This application is targeted at drivers, with a focus on students, who often find issues with parking at secondary and post-secondary institutions. Monetization Partnering with Apple and scaling the application via incremental improvements allows our firm to capture a larger market share in a shorter amount of time. Parking Solutions Ltd. also generates revenue from partnerships with a large variety of companies and firms who allow us to display the information on their parking lots to future customers. Available for download in Google Play Store (Android), BlackBerry World (BlackBerry), and Microsoft Store (Windows Phone) with limited access to features prior to in-app purchases.

Strategic Competitive Advantage Option to view the most accessible parking space. Versions of app without in-app purchases in high demand but only available on Apple devices. NLUI (similar to Siri) uses voice guidance to pilot drivers to specific parking spaces. Hands-free; available in 60+ languages. Compatibility with other smartwatches (e.g., Pebble).
