A-Team Staff Engagement Watch out for activities planned for the next three months. Reminders: If you haven’t signed up for the “Spring-A-Licious” Potluck please do so. The sheet is on the bulletin board in the staff room. The date is Tuesday, April 11th from 12 – 1:15. Dressed down days will continue on Fridays in support of a cause or charity. To participate in dressed down days a contribution of a Toonie is required. If you have a cause you would like to see receive a donation, please let one of the A-Team know. Some thoughts have been SPCA, Anne Portnuff seat renovations. In conjunction with the Potluck we will be continuing with the 5th Egg Cracking Champion activity. This event has proven to be a favourite. The title has been held by Christine Hawley, Quintin Robertson, Sharon Cymbalisty and Randy Fleury. Who will be the next Champ?

All 27 questions asked have been placed in a Theme/Category resulting in 6 main topics. Communication Opportunities & Growth Recognition & Value Teamwork Trust & Respect Culture & Climate Communication was identified as being key to achieving satisfaction with all other themes identified.

A-Team Survey Next Steps Meetings have been set for March 8th and 22nd to review each of the key themes and: Identify what is going well. Identify what the priorities are. Identify what areas can be improved. Identify potential solutions, if any.
