Capabilities Statement My mission at Life Script Mental Health Counseling Services PLLC is to help people reclaim their lives from stressful life events that cause depression, anxiety, PTSD, MST, moral injury, addictions and many other mental health conditions using very simple and effective evidence-based energy psychology methods such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, that produce results quicker and easier that traditional methods. Mission Services I have been in private practice since 1997 and using EFT personally and professionally since 1998. I provide this alternative, holistic approach to those who are experiencing difficulties with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, Moral Injury, smoking cessation, addictive cravings, relationship issues, and more because research has demonstrated that we can achieve sustainable in less time than traditional methods. This method also helps people change negative, untrue limiting beliefs quickly and easily to allow them greater potential in their lives. Services are delivered in person and via Vsee a telehealth platform. Additionally, in 2018, the VA added EFT to their list of evidence-based techniques considered generally safe.
