Today’s Agenda Who is in the room? How do you communicate? What makes a good message? The Golden Circle Crafting your message Practice! This workshop is about crafting a simple message to describe your work. Not about communications planning, web site making etc.

What Makes a Good Message? A good message is simple. You don’t have to explain everything about everything.

A Good message is simple Home visiting is a service provided by qualified professionals within the home to parents, prenatally, and/or with children from birth to age five. Home visiting programs provide parents with support to enhance the child-parent relationship.

A good message is simple Home visiting supports families with young children. Home visiting helps prepare children for school. Home visiting is a family support targeted to parents of children birth to age 5.

What Makes a Good Message? A good message is simple. A good message considers the listener’s viewpoint. You don’t have to explain everything about everything.
