The normal parts of the nails are only maintained as narrow red longitudinal strips. Apart from that, the nails show lamella fissuring and splintering at the free edge.” (c) Section of acral papule showing marked hyperkeratosis, acanthosis, and papillomatosis, but no dyskeratosis.
