Requests to GoI Honorarium for Cook-cum helper is Rs. 1000/- per month since 2010. After 09 years, it is still Rs. 1000/- per month. It is difficult to arrange CCH for the schools at this rate. “It is requested to increase the honorarium of CCH Rs. 3000/- per month for 12 months.” Sometimes mis-happening occurs during the preparation of meals in the school. In such accidental case, there is no provision of life cover for CCH. “It is requested to provide adequate insurance facility for CCH.”
