Pldz2 is Less Sensitive to Exogenous Auxin. Phenotypic analysis revealed that pldz2 seedlings were relatively less sensitive to auxin treatment. Nine-day-old seedlings were used for observation. Bar=1 cm. Measurement of root length indicated the reduced auxin responses of pldz2 seedlings. Auxin insensitive mutant tir1-1 was used as a positive control. Nine-day-old seedlings were used for measurements. Error bars represent SE (n>30) and statistical analysis was performed using a one-tailed Student’s t test (*, P<0.01).
