How we’ll spend the hour Introduction Expectations of Hubs in producing Time to Change events: Time to Change Blackpool Delivering activities - Challenges and learning Groupwork – 25 mins - split into 2 Teams: Experienced event organisers = Group A Less Experienced event organisers = Group Z Feedback – Highlights and shared learning Digital toolkits and downloadable resources Q&A and Thanks In order to amplify the Time to Change messages in local regions across the country, public events are essential. What are the key ingredients to running a successful hub event? What factors do you need to take into account in planning and executing an event? This workshop will be relevant to new and established hubs.
