Teacher Recommendations Teachers must use website you give them! Must ALL be submitted by application due date (you are responsible for checking to see if they’ve been done!!!) Any received AFTER due date will not be considered

What Am I Agreeing To If I Am Accepted? On website, be sure to review tab ‘Active Membership Requirements’ 30 hours community service will be required each year of membership Maintain GPA (3.5 unweighted, 4.0 weighted) Participation in Foster Angels for the holidays ($10 contribution…..can be from you or donated from friend/family) $20 annual dues (shirts ordered separately) Mandatory monthly meetings 1st Thursday of every month Mandatory even for SCF students
