Common Nouns and Proper Nouns

Nouns Nouns can appear in the complete subjects or in the complete predicate .

A common Nouns Tells about a person , animal , place, or thing.

A proper Noun Names a certain person , animal ,place ,or thing . A proper noun starts with a capital letter.

Their relationship Every proper noun has a common noun equivalent , but not every common noun has proper noun equivalent.
