Dynamic Transition Checklist Developing an enterprise tool to support transition of Ministers A checklist of 200+ tasks to help plan for transition and support incoming or outgoing Ministers (and their exempt staff) Links tasks to policy requirements and allows their progress to be tracked in real time Deployed across the Government of Canada using a web-based and real-time collaborative task management software Provides an enterprise-wide view of transition activities In partnership with the Privy Council Office and seven other departments
