An era of continuous disruption introduces… SHIFTING CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR: significant changes in mutable consumer roles in markets COMPANY GROWTH & SECTOR DISRUPTION: shorter circuits of dominance, shifts in leading sectors, and rapid growth LIMITED PREPAREDNESS FOR CHANGE: organizations remain vulnerable to disruptions, primarily due to skills gaps AUTOMATION IN THE WORKFORCE: increasingly possible in an increasing number of industries INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY: rapid pace of emergence and adoption of new technologies

& In response, institutions must simultaneously… SEIZE OPPORTUNITIES LIMIT HARM e.g. new technology (AI, data analytics, 3D printing) paired with new methods of production and delivery are creating services and products that improve living standards and productivity e.g. these innovations are changing the nature of work (unbundling traditional jobs into tasks, shifting skills) which risks amplifying income insecurity and inequality …or else risk irrelevancy Acquire knowledge To do so, institutions must possess the ability to… rapidly Re-assess Adapt approach
