Itinerary Day 1 – Day 2,3 & 4 – Study Tour (breakfast, lunch and dinner provided) Monday 17th June 2019 6.30am Coaches to arrive at school Visiting attractions and participating in a variety of programs 7.00am Coaches to depart for Canberra Comfort stops along the way as required Lunch (all must provide own) Evenings hosted by staff and include a visit to AMF bowling and the Telstra Tower 4.30pm Approx arrival at Ibis Styles Eaglehawk Day 5 – Bus back to school (breakfast and lunch provided) Late afternoon arrival 6.00pm Dinner Night-in - teacher supervised activities Byroni

What to bring Packed lunch for day 1 - Appropriate clothing (detailed list to be provided) - Sleeping Bag - Small amount of spending money (for souvenirs- maximum of $50) - iPods/iPads/books for bus journey (carried at own risk) - NO SNACKS – many students with allergies will be on the trip. Staff will provide ample treats throughout the trip. - NO MOBILE PHONES – the school will be in constant contact with teachers, who in turn will contact the school if required. - Cameras allowed (including iPad camera), however children are COMPLETELY responsible. Parents will need to sign a disclaimer that there is no responsibility held by staff on the camp. We will also take many cameras. -If possible Soft Bags Jess

Medical Information and Dietary Requirements Dietary Requirements related to food allergies and religion will be catered for. All medical information will be collated and carried by teachers. ALL medication must be handed to staff for safe storage and administration prior to departure. Forms to be sent home early next term to collect relevant information. Richard
Cost and Payment War Memorial Cost is will be approximately $535* and includes: Bus Travel (tour buses, fully seat belt equipped) 4 nights accommodation All meals and snacks (except Day 1 lunch) Access to all tourist attractions and activities *Price is subject to number of students attending PACER - $30 subsidy School Council – will further subsidise the cost hoping to keep it at approx. $535 Richard War Memorial
Proposed Payment Plan To ensure that we are able to provide you with sufficient time to cover the cost of the Study Tour, a payment plan will be set up: Deposit due: Friday 8th March $50 (in order to determine final numbers) 10 Payments of $53.50 First Payment is due 22/02/2019 Payments can be made in full If any families are experiencing hardship, please write a short note with information to either Blayne (Acting Principal), Lindy (Business Manager) or Kylie.
