WORKING WITH TEXT UNIT 7.1

How to move text Highlight the block of text you want to move . Click on the Cut icon under your Home menu. Now move your cursor to where you want to move the text. Select the Paste icon under your Home menu. The text will appear in the new position.

How to replace a word Press Ctrl+H or select Home ribbon and select Replace (see image). In your Find what space, type the word or phrase you want to find. Click in the Replace with space and type the new word or phrase you want to use. Click on Find Next to go to the next occurrence of a word or phrase. Select either Replace or Replace All.
