Magnetic Properties of Spin Glass Mesoscale Spin Glass Dynamics at Various Dimensions Kirsty Scott Florida State University introduction Correlation Length Magnetic Fields Temperature Chaos Magnetic Properties of Spin Glass Spins in a paramagnet fluctuate on the order of 1010 s vs spins in spin glass on the order of 10-15 s. PRL 112, 126401 (2014) The Next steps I will continue to modify the program, implementing a color gradient to better retrieve data and applying it to spin glass samples. We will perform field cooling measurements to establish a crossover time. Time permitting, we will begin to study temperature chaos. 2D Transition Dynamics PHYSICAL REVIEW B 92, 214418 (2015) 3 Phases: Temperature Chaos, Transition to Chaos, Reversible References After the transition time (when 𝜉(t,T) > L), the magnetization dynamics are activated.
