Our plan Key messages

Why are we doing this? Some of our current buildings are no longer fit-for-purpose. We have been served notice on others (which means we need to move out). Some of our buildings are more difficult to access for people who need them We recognise that bringing services together under one roof is real opportunity to make our care more seamless, and for our staff to work more closely for the benefit of patients. Operating more services from fewer buildings offers better value for money
