OU Supplemental app is 75.00 Other requirements: ・ Letter of evaluation from a dentist (submit to AADSAS) ・ DAT (make results available to Oklahoma College of Dentistry) ・ 100 hours of observation/experience in practice of dentistry or dental lab ・ International Students: A course-by-course transcript evaluation by World Education Services (WES) for any coursework taken at a college or university outside the United States 19 19
