ELIGIBILITY AT NORTH POINT ATHLETIC PHYSICALS AND ImPact TESTS In order to be eligible, an athlete must have a valid ATHLETIC PHYSICAL on record.  Physicals are valid for 1 calendar year from the date of exam. In order to be eligible, Athletes must have a valid IMPACT TEST on record.
