Communication and marketing Time to Change is a growing movement of people changing how we all think and act about mental health. We use behaviour change strategy, audience insight and creative marketing to fight stigma and discrimination.

In Your Corner | Ask Twice October: In Your Corner Adults Those who are ‘colder to mental health’. They don’t see the relevance, and tend to be uncomfortable about the topic. Men and women (primarily men), aged 25-44, C1C2D November: In Your Corner Young people Young people, most of whom will not have experience of mental health problems. And parents. Young people aged 11-18 Parents of young people aged 11-18 February: Time to Talk Day People who are warmer to the topic of mental health. Particularly popular with workplaces, schools and in community settings
