Knowledge of business principles, the impact of financial decisions, and technology proficiencies demanded by business combine to establish the elements of this course. Emphasis is placed on developing proficient fundamental computer skills required for all career pathways. Students will learn essentials for working in a business environment, managing a business, and owning a business. Supply List Pen or Pencil 1 ½ inch Binder Paper Absent? Late Assignments? If you are absent, check the class website, get the assignment, complete it and turn the assignment in on Edmodo. The work missed will be due within 3 days after absence. All tests and quizzes must be made up before or after school. All late assignments are 15 points off the final grade. Projects that are turned in late will be deducted 20 points. Students are required to dress up for ALL business presentations. Students will have an opportunity to receive a Microsoft Office Certification in Word 2016. Get Certified!
