Budget Proposal – [Club Name] 2018 – 2019 Academic Year

Goals of Organization Briefly list goals or mission of club for this academic year For example: Build a support network for KCC students that are going into the psychology field or enjoy psychology as an academic topic.

Events & Estimated Costs List events and estimated costs of events that the club plans on hosting or joining. You can break events up according to term or category of event (i.e. social, professional development, community) For example, Host Scary Movie Night (Estimated Costs of $50)

Fundraisers List fundraising events, estimated costs of events, and estimated funds raised from event that the club plans on hosting. Here it may be helpful to indicate the gain of the events in overall club budgets For example: Women’s History Month Bake Sale (Estimated cost for supplies = $45; Estimated funds raised = $90; Overall gain from event = $50)

Large Events or Travel List any large scale events or travel that the club hope to do during the academic year. Please include estimated costs of travel, hotel, fees or other costs For Example: Technology Conference for Student Leaders (Travel costs = $200; Hotel = $300; Registration = $850 for total cost of $1350) For travel events should include how you intend to bring information back to campus either through an event, presentation, or poster campaign.

Funds Requesting from ASKCC This is where you make your official fund request from ASKCC and summarize why this is the amount the club needs.

Questions? Please provide the opportunity for ASKCC to ask questions about your presentation, the clubs plans for the year, and funds being requested. Tip: Personalize your club’s presentation and maybe include images or photos to showcase the experiences club members may have directly related to the potential funds received from ASKCC.
