If you could become a cartoon character who would you be?  Why? What would you do? If you could change 3 things about school, what would you change? What would you do instead? If you could only have a computer OR a TV, which would you pick?  Why? What do you think makes the best lunch?  Why? If you could do whatever you wanted right now, what would you do? Free write about a topic of your choice.
