NEW OFSTED INSPECTION FRAMEWORK For a school to be judged outstanding it must meet the following test… ‘Leaders ensure that highly effective and meaningful engagement takes place with staff at all levels and that issues are identified. Three key areas: ‘intent’ – what are you trying to achieve? ‘implementation’ – how are you going to achieve your intent? ‘impact’ – what difference has your curriculum made for learners?
